What happens after I register?
Registering means that you register your child without obligation and free of charge for one of our branches. This means you are not bound by anything yet. You can register for a maximum of 3 branches at the same time. After you have registered your child, we will deal with your registration immediately. You will receive confirmation once your request has been processed. As soon as a place becomes available, we will contact you to discuss the possibilities. In the meantime, you are of course more than welcome to drop by for a guided tour.
Are there costs associated with registration?
No, registration is free.
I want to make a change to my contract. How do I do that?
If you want to change something, we would like to receive your request by e-mail so that there is no confusion about your wishes. Our planner can then immediately look at the options and provide feedback. Our planners can be reached at [name of branch]@compananny.nl.
I want to transfer to another branch, is that possible?
If there is a place available, it is certainly possible! Let our planners know via [name of branch]@compananny.nl that you want to transfer, when you want to transfer, and which days are an option. They will be happy to look at the options for you. If there is no place, you will be put on the waiting list.
Can I pause my contract?
No, temporarily cancelling or pausing the contract is not possible. Unfortunately we cannot hold a place until a later time. We can put you back on the waiting list and contact you if there is a possibility to start again.
Can I renew the contract when my child turns 4?
A contract for the day care centre or playgroup automatically expires on the day before the child's 4th birthday. If you would like to use childcare after this day, the contract must be extended. You can request this extension at the planning department via [name of branch]@compananny.nl. Our planner will then let you know if it is possible.
Does my KDV contract automatically become a BSO contract?
No. If you are interested in a place at one of our BSOs, it is important that you register for this. Each branch works together with specific schools. When registering you immediately see the schools we work with and for which branches you can register. If your school is not listed here then registration or placement is unfortunately not possible.
